Revival Audio Warranty Policy

Effective for all products sold through authorised Revival Audio distributors and dealers.

Introduction

Revival Audio designs and manufactures premium high-end loudspeakers with uncompromising attention to craftsmanship, component quality, and long-term reliability. Our commitment extends beyond performance to ensuring dependable after-sales service, spare-parts availability, and customer support in cooperation with our authorised distributors worldwide.

All warranty services for Revival Audio products are managed locally through authorised distributors and dealers.
Warranty terms may vary by country; the local distributor’s policy always takes precedence.

Standard Warranty

Unless otherwise specified by the local distributor, Revival Audio products are covered against defects in materials and workmanship from the original date of purchase by the first retail customer.

Passive Components

Tweeters, midrange drivers, woofers, subwoofers, and crossover components are typically covered for ten (10) years from the date of purchase, unless local policy states otherwise.

Active Components

Internal amplifiers, electronic modules, and mainboards are typically covered for three (3) years from the date of purchase, unless local policy states otherwise.

Cabinets & Cosmetic Parts

Any cosmetic or cabinet-related defects must be reported immediately upon receipt to the authorised dealer with photos and a written description.
The dealer or distributor will arrange repair, replacement of defective parts, or propose an appropriate solution.

In countries where the Extended Warranty program is applicable, customers may receive extended coverage by registering their product at:

Up to twelve (12) years of coverage from the original purchase date.

Warranty Limitations

1. Distributor Policies Prevail

Warranty periods and procedures may vary by country.
The local Revival Audio distributor’s warranty terms and service process are the governing reference for all warranty claims.

2. Transferability

Warranty may be transferred to a new owner only with:

  • The original purchase invoice, and
  • A valid registration certificate (if applicable in that country)

3. Exclusions

Warranty does not cover:

  • Mechanical or accidental damage
  • Misuse, negligence, improper installation
  • Overloading or incorrect amplifier use
  • Modifications or unauthorised repairs
  • Products with defaced or removed serial numbers
  • Products purchased from non-authorised sellers
  • B2B (business-to-business) sales beyond the legal minimum warranty
  • Damage from lightning, water, fire, or force majeure

4. Territory Limitation

Warranty is valid only in the country of original purchase and must be serviced through the local distributor or authorised dealer.

5. Service Method

Under warranty, Revival Audio or the distributor may choose to:

  • Repair the product
  • Replace it with an equivalent model
  • Refund the purchase price if repair or replacement is not feasible

Service lead time may vary depending on part availability and transport conditions in each territory.

Warranty Responsibility

All warranty claims must be initiated through an authorised Revival Audio dealer.
Dealers and distributors are responsible for evaluating and processing claims in accordance with the warranty guidelines applicable in their territory.

In most cases, the dealer will handle first-level inspection and coordinate with the national distributor for repair or replacement.

General Conditions

Revival Audio’s liability shall not exceed the actual purchase price of the product.
This Warranty constitutes the sole and exclusive remedy. Revival Audio shall not be liable for any incidental, indirect, consequential, economic, or personal injury damages arising from use of the product.
